Battery Energy designs and manufactures a wide range of batteries. Enerlyte batteries that they supply can be used for different advanced applications. These batteries can be used in places that demand non-main power supply. Different applications where these batteries can be used for telecommunications, UPS, switch tripping and emergency lighting services. The company has manufactured them to meet the Australian standards of AS4029.3 and AS3901.
Enerlyte batteries are designed with thick plate materials that measure between 7.2 and 8.4 mm for battery capacities ranging from 360 ah to 710 ah and above. Plates are separated using microporous PVC separation, which ensures quality performance and durable life of the batteries. The external casing of these batteries is a thick walled container, and the tongue part is made from grooved steel materials. These are blended together using various chemicals and polyester materials. The container is made of a translucent styrene acrylonitrile and is covered with styrene acrylonitrile materials.
These batteries have a vent that is made from volatile proof SAN vent model. The separator system of these batteries is Micro porous PVC, whereas the retainer system is fiberglass mat material. The intercell hardware of these batteries is antimonial lead material with a total positive grid of 99.97%.
